What sizes do you offer?

Robe Swim styles are available in sizes XS–XL, with availability varying by style. Please check the size selector on each product page for current options.

How do I choose my size?

Our swimwear is designed to fit true to size. Use our size guide as a starting point. If you are between sizes or would like personalised fit advice, email robeswimcontact@gmail.com.

Orders and shipping

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days. Tracking details will be emailed as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Complimentary standard shipping is available on Australian orders over $150 AUD. Express and international rates are shown at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We begin preparing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are not always possible once processing has started. Contact us promptly if your delivery details are incorrect.

Returns

Can I return my swimwear?

Eligible full-price items may be returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags and hygiene seals intact. Sale and discounted items are final sale unless faulty. Please read our returns policy for full details.

Product care

How should I care for my swimwear?

Rinse in cool fresh water after wear, gently hand wash and dry flat in the shade. Avoid harsh detergents, bleach, tumble drying and rough surfaces. Remove detachable jewellery or embellishments before washing where possible.
