Q: HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ROBE SWIM?
Hand wash in cold water and dry in the shade
Please note: Do not dry clean, wash in warm water, place in washing machine/dryer, or come into contact with rough surfaces
Q: HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING?
Domestic (Australia) via Aus Post Express: 1-2 Business Days
International via DHL Express: 3-4 business days
Q: HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately once your order has been placed we are unable to alter or cancel it. However, if you need to change or update details such as your shipping info please email us robecollective@outlook.com
Q: DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS OR RETURNS?
Returns - You are welcome to return your order as long as you meet the following requirements:
- Must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date
- Must be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition
- Must be returned with swing tag and packaging
- Must not be a sale item
You are then welcome to swap for something different or receive store credit. Unfortunately we cannot offer money back refund for change of mind.
Refunds - Refunds are only offered on faulty items. Please contact robecollective@outlook.com regarding returns or refunds
